First and foremost, above all, safety is the most important thing to RSG. Training is provided to all employees which is the key to being as safe as possible everyday on every job site. We are committed to providing a safe work environment for our employees and our clients at all times. Our number one goal is ZERO accidents and we constantly provide training to all employees and emphasize the importance of performing tasks as safely as possible. RSG has an open door policy for all employees to make any recommendations on ways to improve overall safety and work performance. RSG has an established Safety Committee that meets monthly, composed of employees throughout the company.
