Director of Sales

Kevin Foster, Director of Sales

I’ve been with RSG since 2012

Education: B.S. Business Management, Virginia Tech (2000), Virginia Certified Horticulturist through the Virginia Nursery & Landscape Association (2014)

Role: I am responsible for all sales activities, value adds, and relationship management within the footprint of RSG. I manage quality and consistency of our products and corresponding service delivery. The market areas I represent are researched and analyzed to ensure RSG is proven to be a quality, competitive service provider along with soliciting our professional line of services for work to bid offers with our competitive pricing.

What do you take the most pride in regarding working for RSG? I take the most pride knowing that we do what we say we’re going to do, with a team that will “own it” from start to finish.  After a contract is signed, there is no doubt in my mind we will leave the job site or finish a maintenance job with the customer being 100% satisfied and confident in their choosing of RSG.

What do you take the most pride in regarding working with customers? I take the most pride in working with our customers knowing without a shadow of a doubt, that they will receive the “best in class” service from the “best in class” experts that have been assigned to the customer based upon their needs and objectives.

If you could share only one bit of information on RSG that you feel our customer base doesn’t know about – what is it and why is it important?  I think one of the biggest misconceptions about our organization is the stigma of being ‘big’ which equates to being ‘too expensive’.  By working with a client and knowing what the budget restrictions, goals, and objectives are up front, we are more than willing to offer a service within their means that falls under their budget, while meeting their goals for their grounds.

Hobbies: When I am not at the office, I enjoy spending time with my family, attending Virginia Tech sporting events, fishing, listening to music, reading, traveling to the beach, and time outdoors.
