What facets of your job do you enjoy the most? I love to go by a customer’s business that we service and say “RSG did that” to my friends and family. It’s nice to know that we are recognized for our work and I can proudly say that I work for RSG.
How do we go about ensuring customer satisfaction? I want our customers to have the same level of service that they expect of our on-site staff when calling in to our office. My goal is to have them hang up from a call to us and feel that it was a positive experience and say that it is great to work with us.
